Electric can ship devices directly to you from our vendors or from Electric HQ. We can also coordinate shipping for company-owned devices that need to be returned when an employee is offboarded. Please note, with the exception of new procurement orders, Electric will only facilitate shipping for laptops their associated chargers on behalf of our customers.

Electric’s quoteless shipping process streamlines onboarding and procurement for our customers. For any shipment facilitated by Electric, an invoice will automatically generate for the service requested. Shipping costs will be billed to the payment method on file for hardware procurements.

When an employee leaves your company, Electric can help coordinate shipping to ensure their company issue device is returned. This can be facilitated via a QR Code Return or a Label Only Return.
