When Electric coordinates device shipping for your organization, you aren’t just paying for a label. These costs may also cover services such as: device handling, cleaning, target-date delivery, shipping insurance, and in specified scenarios, packaging.

Whether your employees work in an office or remotely, Electric can coordinate shipping for devices in storage at Electric HQ. This is often a request we receive through Turbine when onboarding a new employee, but can be coordinated through our Service Desk in one-off situations. Average costs are as follows:

Devices shipped from Electric HQ will have shipping notifications sent using UPS’s email notification system. When submitting an onboarding request, you can designate up to two email addresses to receive these notifications, both must be specified at the time the request is submitted.

Electric can coordinate shipping for a device to Electric or your company’s inventory. Device return shipping is most often required during employee offboarding and, as such, should be requested via Offboarding Request in Turbine.

In the event that a device needs to be shipped for a reason other than offboarding, contact Electric via the Electric User Hub.

QR Code Returns are the default option for device returns. QR Code Returns, whether to Electric or another destination is $90 per device. This cost includes packaging services and materials provided by UPS.

Label Only Returns are the other option offered for device returns. Label only returns do not include packaging services or materials. The costs for this service are as follows:
