Introduction

The All Employees page gives you a complete, unified view of every person in your Electric environment, whether they are licensed, unlicensed, or pending. This page is your go-to destination for troubleshooting and cross-referencing employee data without having to jump between views. Think of it as the master breaker panel: everything in one place, with full visibility across your entire workforce.

The Employee Table

The All Employees page displays every employee in Electric regardless of their current status. The same columns and filters available on the Licensed, Unlicensed, and Pending pages are available here, giving you a consistent and familiar experience as you search and sort across your full employee list.

Use the Search box to quickly locate any employee by name, job title, or email address.

Performing Actions

All of the bulk actions available across the Licensed, Unlicensed, and Pending pages are available here as well. However, because this page spans multiple employee statuses, it is important to note that filters must match the action you are trying to perform in order for the relevant bulk actions to appear.

For example, if you want to mark a group of employees as licensed, filter for Status = Unlicensed or Pending first. The Actions menu will reflect what is applicable to the employees currently selected based on your active filters. If your selection includes a mix of statuses that do not align with a particular action, that action will not appear.

How to Use Bulk Actions

To perform a bulk action:

  1. Apply the relevant filters to surface the employees you want to act on

  2. Check the box next to each employee you want to include

  3. Select the Actions button

  4. Choose the action you want to perform

Selecting Across All Pages: To act on employees across your entire list, first select all employees on the current page using the checkbox in the table header. A link will appear at the top of the table that reads "Select all ## across all pages." Clicking this extends your selection across every page so your bulk action applies to your full filtered list, not just those visible on screen.


Tips for Using the All Employees Page

  • Use this page when you are troubleshooting a specific employee and are not sure of their current status. Rather than checking three separate pages, start here

  • Always apply filters before selecting employees for bulk actions to ensure the correct actions appear in the Actions menu

  • Use Select Across All Pages with care. When filters are applied, this is a powerful way to take action at scale across a specific segment of your workforce
