Account Management

Who can use the Electric User Hub?

The Electric User Hub is available to customers with Electric's Core or Basic package. Your package will influence your experience when you log in to the hub. To see how views compare by package, visit this article. To sign in to the Electric User Hub, employees must be designated the Hub User role in Turbine.

Banner Alerts

I see an alert on my home page when I sign in to the Electric User Hub, what is this?

This banner is to notify you that your device is a potential security risk and will enable you to resolve the issue quickly. Banners will appear on your Electric User Hub home page if your device has not been registered with device management software, your firewall is disabled, or the disk space on your device is running low.

Helpful Links

I cannot see the Helpful Links page in the Electric User Hub. What's wrong?

Check with your internal Admin(s); if there have not been any helpful links added, the page will not appear in the Electric User Hub. If you are an Admin or your Admin confirms that links were previously added to the Helpful Links page previously and you still cannot see the page in the Electric User Hub, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Who can create Helpful Links for my company?

Only your company's Turbine Super Admin(s) or Admin(s) can create, modify, or remove Helpful Links.

Can Electric configure the Helpful Links page for me?

No, the Helpful Links page must be configured by your company internally. Electric cannot add, modify, or remove links from your Helpful Links page.

I accidentally deleted a link from the Helpful Links page. Can I re-add it?

Yes! Helpful Links can be added (and re-added) to the Helpful Links page at any time.

Where do the images pictured with my links come from?

These are favicons, the icon that appears on your browser tab when you visit the website. It appears in the Electric User Hub via the website link that was provided when the Helpful Link was added to your page.

My Requests

Which packages have visibility to the My Requests page?

Basic and Core packages.

Can I view my conversation history with the Service Desk?

Conversation history is not visible via the My Requests page at this time.

As an employer, can I view my employee's requests in the Electric User Hub?

Managers cannot view their employees tickets via the My Requests page. However, if the Manager is a Turbine Admin, they can view chat transcripts and ticket data for all employee tickets in Turbine.
