Introduction

The Electric User Hub is an IT support resource available to all customers. However, customer experience is dependent on whether your company has Electric's Core or Basic package, as each package offers different services to customers.

Experience by Package

No matter your company's package or your role, when you sign in to the Electric User Hub, you will be presented with modules that represent areas of IT support that you can request from Electric.

The experience for Core customers is a broader one with access for unlimited end users. Whether you are a Turbine Super Admin or a company Employee, your Electric User Hub interface will be the same. The experience for Basic customers will vary by user based on their role.

Any Electric supported end user can use the hub to submit a request. Once a user has created an account, here is what they'll see when they sign in:

The view and capabilities for Basic Package Customers will vary based on whether you are a Super Admin/Admin for your company. Admins will have more support options than non-admins.
