At the bottom of each article, you can rate whether the information provided was helpful to you. We encourage you to provide us this feedback as it enables us to build support content that supplements your experience with Electric.

Electric User Hub

A dedicated portal for your IT support needs with flexibility to either start a live chat or submit a request and get back to work. The scope of support available to you in the hub is dependent on whether your company has purchased Electric's Core or Basic package. To begin using the Electric User Hub, you will need to create an account.
