Installment payments

We’ve made it even easier to equip your team! With our installment payment option, eligible customers can purchase hardware and spread the cost over time.

We’re here to help you manage cash flow while keeping your team equipped with the tools they need.

How to use it

To use our installment payments program, add eligible hardware to your cart within the Electric hardware store. Then proceed, as follows:

• At checkout, choose “Pay in installments.”

• Select your preferred plan, between 12 or 24 monthly payments.

• Review today’s total, financing charges and estimated future payment amounts.

• Select the payment method you wish to use for the order; we will auto-debit future payments using this payment method.

• Agree the terms and conditions of the installment payments program.

• Submit your order.

Once you’ve clicked submit, you will receive an email confirming your order. A copy of the initial invoice will be emailed to the company’s designated billing contact. Order and invoice information will be available in the Track purchase requests area within IT Hub.

Terms and conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you choose to purchase eligible hardware products from Electric using the installment payment option. By selecting this option at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Eligibility

Installment payment plans are only available to customers on our Pro plan with an active account in good standing.

This program is currently available to U.S.-based businesses only.

Use of the installment payment option is limited to orders with a shipping address within the United States. Orders to locations outside the U.S. are not eligible.

We reserve the right to request additional information—including, but not limited to, a credit check—for larger or high-risk orders.

Eligible products

Installment plans may only be applied to newly purchased hardware items designated as eligible at the time of checkout. Certain purchases (e.g., software, services, shipping fees for devices being sent from the Electric warehouse) may be excluded.

Payment terms

Available plans include repayment over 12 or 24 months.

Payment frequency is monthly. Payments will be auto-debited from the payment method used during the checkout process. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available at the time of each scheduled payment.

Late or missed payments may result in:

• Suspension of access to the installment payments program.

• Additional service or late fees.

• Collection action or limitation of other account privileges.

Early Repayment

You may prepay your remaining balance at any time without penalty. Contact your Customer Success Manager for details.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns are subject to Electric’s hardware return policy. If a return is accepted, your installment plan will be canceled or adjusted, and payments refunded accordingly.

Shipping fees or non-returnable items may not be eligible for refund.

Approval & Discretion

All installment purchases are subject to approval by Electric. Electric reserves the right to cancel or decline any order placed using the installment payment option, at our sole discretion and for any reason, including concerns related to creditworthiness, account status, or suspected misuse.

Modifications and Termination

Electric reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offering at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect active installment plans already in progress.
