Track Purchase Requests

Introduction

The Track Purchase page provides admins with the ability to monitor the status of hardware purchase requests. This feature offers transparency and control, allowing admins to stay informed about the progress of their orders from submission to delivery.

By tracking hardware purchases, admins can ensure timely receipt of equipment, better manage inventory and plan for future needs more effectively. This oversight helps streamline the procurement process and supports efficient resource allocation within your organization.


Viewing Purchase Requests

To view purchase requests and high-level detail like Order number, order date, number of items, recipient, and order status:

  1. Log in to the IT Hub

  2. Select Track Purchase Requests under the Assets section in the left menu

  3. View a list of Active and past hardware purchases

Viewing Order Details

To view order details such as items, quantity, serial numbers, tracking numbers, estimated delivery, and order status:

  1. Log in to the IT Hub

  2. Select Track Purchase Requests under the Assets section in the left menu

  3. Select the order you are interested in viewing

  4. View order details

  1. Log in to the IT Hub

  2. Select Track Purchase Requests under the Assets section in the left menu

  3. Select the order you need assistance with

  4. Access the Actions menu

  5. Click the Contact product-support for help mailto link
