If you're looking for a specific device or accessory that isn't currently available in our store, you can submit a request to have it reviewed for addition to the catalog.

How to submit a request

Email support@electric.ai with the following details:

  • Brand and model – e.g., Dell XPS 13, Logitech MX Keys

  • Configuration – specs like RAM, storage, or color where applicable

  • Quantity – how many units you anticipate needing

What happens next

Once your request is received, our team will review it to determine whether the item can be sourced through our procurement network. You can expect the following:

  1. Acknowledgment – We'll confirm receipt of your request and let you know it's under review.

  2. Sourcing review – Our team will evaluate item availability and compatibility with our fulfillment process.

  3. Decision and next steps – We'll follow up with you to confirm whether the item can be added to the store, provide an estimated timeline if approved, or suggest alternatives if the item cannot be sourced.

Please note that not all items may be eligible for addition — availability depends on vendor relationships, sourcing capabilities, and compatibility with our procurement and MDM workflows.
