How does device retrieval for an offboarded employee work?

When an Offboarding Request is made, the Offboarder is responsible for indicating the type of device return that is preferred, this is not a decision made by the departing employee.

As an employee, depending on what the offboarder for your company selected, you will either use a QR Code or UPS Label to return your device. These will be delivered to you via email.
