What training resources/documentation are available for my team?

  • Avanan is a fully managed platform with Electric AI. As such, end users will receive a Daily Quarantine Report via email each night that will include any Phishing, Spam, or Malware attempts that were blocked that day.

    • End users can directly release their own Phishing or Spam emails that they believe were false positives.

    • If Malware was detected, they will be able to request a release of the email using the “Request to Release Button” in the Daily Quarantine Report.
