Where should I start with Electric Pro?
Adding applications is a great place to start. This helps to streamline employee onboarding, role changes and offboarding. You can easily integrate most applications on your own, and if you need help with a specific app, contact our team.
Once apps are connected, you can assign them to employee groups, like Sales or Engineering. From there, Electric will prompt you to grant or revoke app access as part of onboarding and offboarding workflows.
Here’s a quick onboarding example:

You add Google Workspace as an app in Electric and assign it to your Engineering group.

A week later, a new Engineer is added to your HR platform, and Electric creates a Pending Employee task to review and grant app access.

If you’ve already integrated Google Workspace with Electric, an account will be created automatically for the new hire. If the integration is not set up, Electric creates a follow-up task for the admin of your Google Workspace instance to give the new hire access.

Do I need an IT team to use Electric Pro?
No. Electric Pro simplifies and automates IT workflows for HR and Ops users. Whether you have a lean IT team or none at all, devices, apps, and access are handled the moment an employee joins, leaves, or changes roles.
What happens after the trial?
At the end of your trial, you'll have experienced how Electric Pro automates employee lifecycle management and reduces manual admin. If you choose not to upgrade, you'll remain on your Free plan with hardware purchasing, visibility, and asset tracking.
How much is Pro and how do I upgrade?
To upgrade to Pro at the end of your free trial, simply reach out to us at sales@electric.ai. Electric Pro is available for just $25 per user, per month.

Tasks in Electric
Electric creates tasks for Pending Employees (new hires) and Offboardings that come through from your HR system. All Electric Admins receive email alerts when there’s a task to action.
Electric email notifications
In addition to Task notification emails, admins receive emails about product features, live demo sessions, and other helpful content.
Apple Business Manager when buying Apple products
When purchasing Apple products, you will see a notification in the cart about Apple Business Manager. Having Apple Business connected to Electric is not a requirement for you to purchase Apple products, so you can ignore this message.
