Introduction

The Supported Employees dashboard in Turbine will show how many of your employees receive IT Support from Electric as well as the criteria each employee has met to qualify as a Supported Employee.

What does the dashboard look like?

Key Features

Insight Tiles

The tiles featured at the top of the dashboard will show you whether your company's Supported Employees exceed the number of Contracted Employees in your agreement with Electric.

  • Supported Employee Count - The number of employees receiving IT support from Electric.

  • Contracted Employee Count - The number of employees that are contracted to receive IT Support from Electric.

  • Next Renewal Date - Your company's contract renewal date.

As your company changes, the number of employees receiving support from Electric is subject to change. By surfacing this data, Electric enables customers to better understand their company's support needs.

Your Customer Success Manager will regularly verify that your Supported Employees Count does not exceed your Contracted Employees Count. If the number of Supported Employees is greater than the number of Contracted Employees, this difference will need to be reconciled. This may involve amending your Contracted Employees to represent your company's current support needs, or revoking support for certain employees, as determined by you.

Supported Employees List

The Supported Employees List provides specific details about your Supported Employees. This includes, but is not limited to: employment type, date first supported, and support method.

The Supported Employees report can be exported from Turbine. This report is useful in the event that your Supported Employee Count exceeds the Contracted Employee Count and you want to perform an investigation to determine whether all Supported Employees should be working with Electric.
