Your company purchased Electric for IT Support. Learn what that means for you as an employee!

Electric is an IT solutions company providing real-time support and centralized IT management helping to reduce IT spend and standardize security across devices, applications, and networks.

Whether you’re on-site or remote, we’re here to help!

Electric helps with IT support as well as employee onboarding and offboarding. The scope of our day-to-day support depends on the package your company purchased. On Electric's Basic Package, end user communication is conducted via email. For end users under Electric's Core Package, you can contact Electric via chat or the Electric User Hub.

Onboarding and offboarding support is requested by designated administrators at your company. These individuals have the permissions to submit employee onboarding and offboarding requests for Electric to execute. As an employee, you may not have these permissions. If this is case, your interaction with Electric will be more limited. When you're a new hire, you'll receive your company issued device from Electric and may work with us to provision your device remotely. Should you ever leave your company, we'll coordinate your offboarding and device return to your employer.
