Introduction
The Electric User Hub is the go-to source for all things IT for you and your employees. Whether you need help with an IT support issue or to submit a reimbursement request, you can leverage the User Hub. Through the User hub, you and your employees can:
Access self-service guides to resolve small issues (exp password reset)
Submit & track multiple tickets for more complex issues or requests
See any issues reporting on your device and resolve them
Access software, HR, and company links from your helpful links library
Where to Find the Electric User Hub
Via Turbine
Turbine Users with Super Admin or Admin permissions can navigate from Turbine to the Electric User Hub by clicking your Company Name at the top-right of the page and selecting Go to Electric User Hub from the drop-down menu.
Via URL
Regardless of whether you are a Turbine user, entering https://requests.electric.ai/ in your internet browser will take you to the Electric User Hub.
Account Sign-In
Turbine Super Admins and Admins can use their Turbine credentials to access the Electric User Hub. Employees will use their company email address and the password that they provided during account creation.
Create an Account
There are two methods for creating user accounts to the Electric User Hub:
Employees can be invited by a Super Admin or Admin via User Management in Turbine. For a step-by-step process, check out this article
Employees can create their accounts from the End User Hub landing page, and can follow the instructions in this article if needed

Customer experience and accessibility to the hub is dependent on whether your company has Electric's Core or Basic package. Learn more here!
Submit a Request
Making a request in the Electric User Hub was designed to be as simple as possible. From the Electric User Hub home page, click on Open or View a Support Ticket, which will open a new window called the Electric Requests Portal, which offers various support options to submit your request.
