The selected shipping speed and tracking information provides an estimate for the delivery date from UPS, however, there is no guarantee that the item will be delivered on a specific date or by a specific time. Once an item is shipped, the cost will not be refunded. Electric will not be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.
In the event your device is lost in transit, please notify Electric via Chat or through the End User Hub. Although we cannot take responsibility for shipments lost in transit, we can assist with the claims process. Claims for missing or lost shipments must be filed with UPS within 60-days of the estimated delivery date.
