Electric is happy to support our customers in the event that they have a device(s) that should be recycled. Below is a high-level overview of the recycling process when it is facilitated by Electric.
Customers reach out to Electric’s Service Desk and provide a list of the devices to recycle. The list should include serial number(s) and device location.
If the device(s) is in inventory at Electric, the process ends here. The customer will receive an email once the devices have been processed for recycling.
If the customer is in possession of the device(s), Electric will help coordinate the shipping* for the device(s) from the customer to Electric for processing.

*Shipping costs will vary depending on the number of devices and where they are shipping from.
