Active Employees

The Active Employees page provides an overview of all employees with access to the IT Hub, each of whom uses one license. This page allows you to quickly see which employees have a device and whether MDM is installed. Additionally, you can view the status of employees, including any ongoing onboarding or offboarding processes.

You can add employees manually, through a bulk spreadsheet upload, or via an HR System integration, which is available only on the Pro plan. Furthermore, you can click on an employee to view their detailed employee information page. This functionality is important, as it offers a centralized and efficient way to manage employee access, track device allocation, and ensure security compliance, ultimately enhancing the overall management and productivity of your company.
