Electric IT Hub | Bulk Action Options

From within the Active Employees page you have the ability to trigger several actions by selecting employees using the checkboxes and selecting any of the following options from the Actions dropdown menu.

Send Device Enrollment Reminder

Electric can email instructions to selected employees with instructions to enroll their devices in Mobile Device Management (MDM), or you can copy MDM enrollment instructions and send them to employees yourself.

Reinvite Coworkers to Electric

Electric will send a new welcome invitation email to the selected employees.

Add Applications

Indicate Applications that should be assigned to the selected employees. Once the application(s) are selected, you will be given two options:

1. Yes, they already have application accounts

   1. No tasks will be created

2. No, they don't have application accounts yet

   1. This will trigger tasks to grant access to these applications for these employees.

Deactivate Licenses

This will remove the selected employee’s license, meaning:

• They will lose access to the Electric User Hub

• You can assign licenses to other employees

• You will no longer have visibility into their device's health and security

• You can restore inactive users if needed by navigating to the Inactive Employees view, selecting the three-dot menu to the right of the employee details and clicking Activate license
