Review Your Ticket History in the Electric User Hub

Introduction

The My Requests page in the Electric User Hub enables your Hub Users to view all of their active and closed requests submitted to the Electric User Hub. This article explains how to navigate to the My Requests page and what information you can expect to find there.

About the My Requests Page

To view your request history, sign in to the Electric User Hub. In the left toolbar, click on My Requests. The page gives Hub Users the ability to see what they have submitted to the Service Desk in the past. Here you have the option to view Open, Closed, or All Requests in one window.

For each request, you can view and sort by the request Date, Name, Ticket Number, and Status. This helps provide employees visibility to the status of their ticket(s) and enables them to quickly find the ticket number for previous tickets that may need to be revisited.

At this time, the My Requests page only provides insights to the active users tickets, meaning managers cannot view their employees tickets via the My Requests page. However, if a manager has Super Admin, Admin, or Reporter permissions in Turbine, ticket data for all employee tickets can be found in Turbine.
