Language Settings

Introduction

Electric is available in both English and French, so you can work in the language that suits you best. With just a click, you can switch the entire platform, including the emails Electric sends your way, to your preferred language.

Choosing Your Language

Electric currently supports two languages:

• EN for English

• FR for French

Your language selection does not just apply to what you see on screen. It also controls the language of any emails triggered by Electric, such as onboarding notifications, offboarding tasks, and device instructions. Set it once, and Electric keeps everything in sync.

How to Set Your Language

1. Log in to Electric

2. Click your initials in the top menu

3. Select EN for English or FR for French

4. Your language preference is applied immediately across the entire platform

That's it! The full Electric experience will now appear in your chosen language.

How to Change Your Language

If you ever want to switch things up, simply follow the same steps above and select your preferred language. Your updated preference will take effect right away.

Stopping Emails in a Specific Language

If you are receiving emails in a language you no longer want, log in to Electric and update your language selection using the steps above. From that point forward, all emails triggered by Electric will be sent in your newly selected language.
