Fixing Electric on your device
If your company asked you to take action on your device, don’t worry. This is usually quick to fix.
👍 Start here

Make sure you’re connected to the internet

Open a browser and try loading a website like Google.

If it doesn’t load, reconnect to Wi-Fi and try again.

Open the Electric app

Find Electric in your Applications (Mac) or Programs (Windows) and open it.

If you see a login screen, log back in

If you see any prompts, follow the steps shown

Restart your device

If things still aren’t working, restart your computer.

This fixes most issues.

🛠 If it’s still not working

Reinstall Electric (only if you were told to)

Sometimes the app needs a fresh install.

Follow the link your admin provided

Reinstall and log back in

Reinstalling may remove some company settings, so only do this if instructed.
