Maintaining your location information in Turbine helps Electric know where to ship IT equipment, provide online support, and more.

Introduction

Electric stores your company’s address information in Turbine to confirm we are providing the agreed upon support at your office location(s). This information may also be utilized during onboarding and offboarding, most often when a device is to be delivered to a new hire or returned to an office location when an employee is offboarded.

Similar to other company configurations, this page should be maintained as your business evolves. Whether your company is adding office locations or just making a move to a new address, it's important those updates are captured here.

Where can I find the Locations page?

The Locations page can be found via the company dropdown in Turbine.

How to Manage Location Settings

Add a Location

Adding a new business address is simple. To begin, click the Add a Location button. Fill in the required fields and click Save when you're finished.

Edit a Location

Need to update an existing address? Click the ✏️ icon to the right of the address on your list of locations to make revisions. Don't forget to click Save Changes when you're finished!

Remove a Location

Removing addresses from your Locations page takes just a couple clicks. Find the address on your list and click the ✖️ icon to the right of the address. A pop-up will appear to confirm this action. Click Remove Location to confirm.
