Implementation is designed to move as fast as you do. Depending on your IT infrastructure, objectives, and your partnership, the Implementation process typically takes 4-5 weeks to complete.
Customer activation is dependent on the completion of key milestones that will enable Electric to provide you with quality IT support. Some of these milestones, such as granting Electric access to email and chat, will require direct involvement by you or a member of your team. Your collaboration and availability during this process is essential to a timely completion!
