Adding an Apple Reseller ID to Apple Business Manager

If your company uses Apple Business Manager (ABM) and plans to purchase Apple devices through Electric, you'll need to add our Reseller ID to your ABM account as an approved reseller. This ensures devices are automatically enrolled as company-owned with every order you place with Electric.

Follow these steps to set up automatic ABM enrollment:

Adding Reseller IDs to ABM

STEP 1: Access ABM

Log into ABM using your Apple ID credentials.

STEP 2: Access your profile

Once in ABM, go to the lower left of the screen and click "Preferences".

STEP 3: Add Reseller ID(s)

Within Preferences:

1. Click "MDM Server Assignment"

2. Find "Edit" in the Customer Numbers section

3. Select "Reseller Number" in the drop-down

4. Input a Reseller ID

   1. Electric’s Reseller ID for US orders is 16210800^*

5. The reseller's name will populate under the input field

6. Click "Add" to complete

Repeat 4-6 for any additional IDs you need to add.

^*Electric fulfills orders for employees in the United States. For employees outside the US, a local partner from our vendor network will fulfill the order. We'll provide the appropriate Reseller ID(s) when you place an international order.
