What is Electric's scope of support for iOS devices?

Electric's scope of support for iOS devices such as iPads and iPhones is limited to enrollment assistance in our MDM software, Jamf Pro. This is only available to customers that have purchased Electric's Additional Devices add-on.

Please note, Electric cannot remotely access any iOS device or perform troubleshooting for iOS hardware or applications.
