Turbine Reporting: Hardware Requests

Introduction

The Hardware Requests dashboard, found in Turbine, can be used by Turbine users to view insights related to hardware requests for your company. In addition to general information such as requester or type of request, you will also find request status and shipment tracking numbers.

What does the dashboard look like?

Key Features

Below are descriptions of the key features of the Hardware Requests dashboard, which include unique metric tiles and dashboard filters to help you review information for a specific time frame.

Insight Tiles

The tiles featured at the top of the page provide an overview of active/resolved hardware requests, requests pending action by your company, and number of devices currently in inventory as well as a historical device count.

Dashboard Filters

The dashboard defaults to the total number of requests for each status in the last 30-days. However, you can configure the dashboard to represent data from a specified time frame by using the filters above the status tiles. Select your timeframe, then click the dashboard refresh button.

Tracking Numbers

More specific information, including tracking numbers, can be found on a table beneath the status tiles. To find tracking information, look for the Tracking Number column. You will see Pending if the tracking number has not been generated yet. Once the tracking number is available, it will appear on the dashboard as a live link that you can follow to access tracking details from the carrier.
