IT Scorecard Actions: Low Disk Space

Introduction

The Performance & Productivity widget on the IT Scorecard gives you visibility to employee devices with low disk space. Not only may this impact device performance for your employees, but it can also impact your company's overall IT score. With this in mind, we recommend monitoring your company devices with low disk space and contacting affected employees to clear up space. Electric makes this easy for you to do, you don't even have to leave Turbine!

Monitor Low Disk Space

The Performance & Productivity widget on the IT Scorecard will show you how many devices of your total Electric supported devices are affected.

Contact Affected Employees

Under Low Disk Space, click the Preview Email button. This will show you a list of all affected employees. From here, Select All (recommended) or select specific employees you want to notify. Click the Preview Email button at the bottom of the window and Electric will send email instructions to your employees on how to reduce disk space on their devices.
