How to Uninstall Kaseya

Introduction

Electric uses Kaseya, a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software to enable IT administrators to secure, control and enforce default security controls and applications on company-owned Windows devices. This article describes the step by step process for uninstalling Kaseya from your device.

⚠️ Please do not remove Kaseya from your device unless you have been instructed to do so by Electric or a company admin.

Steps to Uninstall Kaseya

On your Windows desktop, open the Start menu in the main toolbar.
Type control panel in the search box.
Select Control Panel from the list of results to open the Control Panel.
Click Programs.
Click Programs and Features.
Click Uninstall a Program.
This will open the Uninstall of Change a Program window. Right-click the Kaseya Agent on the list of programs.
Select Uninstall or Uninstall/Change.
Next, your device will prompt you to provide an admin User Name and Password. Enter these credentials when prompted.
Successful entry of these admin credentials will confirm the requested action and complete the process.
