What does Keeper do for my organization?

How does a new user get onboarded to Keeper?
If you are an enterprise-tier user, new users are added via a SCIM bridge.
If you are a business-tier user, new users will need to be added via email invite.
How do I add members to teams?

What is an Account Transfer Agreement?
The Account Transfer policy provides business and enterprise customers with the ability to transfer a user's vault if they are terminated or abruptly leave the organization.

If a user doesn’t accept the Account Transfer Agreement, what happens?
The account would get locked after 7 days. The POC Admin can assist in unlocking the account, or Electric can assist. After the project is closed, the service desk will need to be contacted for assistance or the POC admin can unlock it.
