Can I get admin access to solutions managed by Electric?

  • Electric will support the addition of one administrative account per application per company

  • The username of the administrator for each account is defined during the deployment of the application

  • Should you desire to update the administrative account for your application, please submit a ticket, and our Product Support team will perform the necessary validation.

How do I submit a support ticket for solutions managed by Electric?

What happens to my billing for solutions when I onboard a new employee?

  • Any added license in excess of the contracted quantity will be billed on a monthly cadence by Electric.
