What does Secure Internet Access do for my organization?

  • Secure Internet Access is for DNS Filtering, Web Filtering, and Malware Protection. This will help prevent users from visiting unauthorized websites, control user access to harmful or restricted websites, and protect the network from malicious web content.

How does a new user get onboarded to Secure Internet Access?

  • Depending on the options selected at the time of deployment, users will either need to be manually invited, or will be automatically added via Just-in-Time provisioning when they first sign in. 

    • If Ad-hoc creation was selected, please see the documentation here on how to invite new users to the platform. 

Can I make changes to the Perimeter 81 policies or settings?

  • Yes, an administrative account is provided to a single POC specified in the deployment questionnaire.

What should I do if I need to add an entry to the blocklist or allowlist?

  • Instructions on how to add to the bypass list as well as the blocklist can be found in the documentation section below.

How do I contact support?

What is the experience like for an end user on this application?

  • End Users will be required to sign in to the app after it is first deployed to their machine. 

  • Once signed in, they will not have to sign in again, the app will be active anytime the machine is connected to any network.
