Dropsuite Protection Deployment Process
If your company contacts Electric to implement Dropsuite to protect your cloud environment, a Project Manager will partner with you and your Customer Success Manager to configure Dropsuite for your designated environment (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
Below is an overview of the enablement process:
Discovery
Project Kickoff
Electric will facilitate the kickoff with project stakeholders
Project plan and timeline will be reviewed and discussed
Electric will assist with documentation notifying and preparing users for implementation
Environment Review
Discuss products for protection & backed up based on Google or Microsoft 365 selection, this SOW covers one environment only.

Review & confirm list of users to backup
Discuss license management
Users auto-add or Enable user license cap (Choose only one)
Configuration
Create Dropsuite Customer Portal
Select/create customer
Select geographical storage region
Select product Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (Choose only one)
Select commitment term and retention period
Configure license management (auto add or license cap)
Configure Dropsuite for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Enable for all organizational units within the domain
Enable for agreed users
Configuration of default device alerts
Troubleshoot protection & backup of selected environment
Closing
Electric will reach out to the customer and provide documentation necessary for onboarding new users (if applicable).
User documentation is provided to POC (if applicable).
Customers will sign off on project completion via email and Electric will close the project internally.
The above represents the process for enabling Dropsuite for only one environment. If your company needs Dropsuite for more than one environment, process, timeline, and costs are subject to change.
All work associated with the enablement of Dropsuite will be completed during regular business hours. Any additional work that is not defined and covered by the original statement of work will constitute a change order/amendment.
