Dropsuite is a reliable and secure SaaS backup and recovery solution for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

If auto enroll was selected during deployment, all new users to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 will be added to Dropsuite.

If auto-enroll was not selected during deployment, new users will need to be added automatically by the POC admin. Please see instructions here on how to do this.

Dropsuite requires an Exchange license in Microsoft 365 and for Google Workspace users to remain active to be able to actively back them up. If a mail license (be it Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) is removed from the tenant/workspace, it will retain all of the previously backed-up data for the user and mark them as "de-activated" in the portal.

If a user has their mail license removed, the tool will stop backing them up but will retain any previously backed-up data. That data will still be accessible and can then be downloaded or migrated to another mailbox but cannot be restored to the original mailbox, as it is no longer linked in Dropsuite.

Dropsuite will provide additional licenses, 20% above the current licenses purchased, to cover any deactivated mailboxes.

After that 20% de-activated mailbox threshold is reached, the mailboxes then require a full Dropsuite license. This means there is some savings from a Dropsuite perspective as well, but it has a 20% limit.

Yes, an administrative account is provided to a single POC specified in the deployment questionnaire.
