How to find and select a service partner?

  • Sign In: Log into the Electric Hub using your credentials

  • Navigate to Service Partners: Select the “Service Partner” tile on the main dashboard

  • Choose Service Type: Click on the tile that matches the type of service you need (e.g., network, cloud, AV, or cybersecurity)

  • Review Partners: Browse the list of available partners, filleted by your selected service type and region

  • Use Search Option: Alternatively, use the search engine within the Electric Hub to find partners by entering specific keywords or criteria

  • Select Partner: Review partner profiles, read reviews, and select the partner that best fits your project needs

How to submit a project request?

  • Once you have identified a suitable partner, click on the “Submit Project Request” field. Fill out the required form with your project details then click “Submit” to send your request.

What information should be provided when submitting a project request?

  • When submitting a project request, you should include details about the scope of the project, desired outcomes, timeline, budget constraints, and any specific requirements or preferences you have for the service partner.

What happens after you submit a request?

  • The service partner will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request to start the discovery process and schedule an initial meeting.

Types of projects our partners work on?

  • Network Project

    • Ex. Network Buildouts, Network Equipment Configuration/Installation (Switches, Firewall, APs, UPS, etc), Network Remediation, Office Relocation, etc

  • Cloud Services, Email, Server, and Migration Projects

    • Ex. Email Migration, Email Configuration, Azure (VM Configuration, Data Migration, Server Configuration), Virtualization, Google Cloud, SharePoint Buildout, etc

  • AV Projects

    • Conference Room Equipment Design, Configuration, and Installation

  • Cybersecurity Projects

    • Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Scanning, IDS/IPS Monitoring, Data Loss Prevention (Microsoft & Google), SSO Implementation/Integration (e.g., Azure, Okta, Google, etc)

What to do if you need to change the scope of the project after it has started?

  • If you need to change the scope of the project, communicate the changes to your service partner as soon as possible. They will assess the project requirements and provide an updated quote and timeline if necessary.

How to provide feedback on the service partner’s performance post-project completion?

  • After the project is completed, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback on your service partner’s performance. This helps us maintain high-quality standards and improve our services.
