Introduction

The Company Profile Settings page provides customers with essential tools to manage their account information. Here, you can view your unique customer ID, which is crucial for support and account management purposes.

Additionally, this page allows you to update your email provider, ensuring that all communications and integrations are correctly configured. Keeping this information up-to-date is vital for maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within your organization.


Customer ID

Your Electric identifier code used to connect with different systems or applications.

Viewing and Copying your Customer ID

To view and copy your customer ID:

  1. Log in to the IT Hub

  2. Click on your company name in the top Menu

  3. Select Settings

  4. Click the Copy button next to the Customer ID field

Email provider

Your email provider is used for work communication in your company, keeping this field up-to-date ensures all communications and integrations are correctly configured.

Updating Email Provider

To change your email provider:

  1. Log in to the IT Hub

  2. Click on your company name in the top Menu

  3. Select Settings

  4. Select your email provider in the email provider dropdown

  5. Click the Save information button
