Introduction

The Notification Page shows a list of IT Hub notifications and serves as a worklist for Application Champions when they have requests to create or remove accounts. App Champions will need to go to the notifications to mark a request as done, completing the onboarding or offboarding process. This ensures that all tasks are tracked and completed efficiently.


Viewing a Notification

Notifications are found in the top menu of the IT Hub. If you have a new notification, it will be flagged in the menu. Clicking on the notification link will take you to the Notifications Page, where you can view and manage all your notifications.

To view a notification:

  1. Log in to the IT Hub

  2. Select Notifications in the top menu

  3. Select the View request link next to the request you are interested in

  4. View detailed information about the request in the panel

Marking a Notification as Done

Marking a notification as done will complete the task related to an onboarding or offboarding process. This ensures that all necessary actions are tracked and finalized efficiently within the IT Hub.

To mark an application as done:

  1. Log in to the IT Hub

  2. Select Notifications in the top menu

  3. Select the View request link next to the request you are interested in

  4. Click the Mark as Done button

Alternatively, notifications can be marked as done in the notifications table.
