IT Assessment
As an admin, when you log in to the IT Hub for the first time, you will see the IT Intake form. This questionnaire is designed to help populate your IT plan, ensuring that it is tailored to your organization's specific needs and goals.
To fill out the form:

Click the Get started on my assessment button
Answer the questions
View your IT Plan and goals
You can choose to skip the assessment and pick it up at a later time on the Your IT Plan page.
Your Recommended Actions
This is a personalized list of recommendations based on your company's goals. This is displayed on the left side of Your IT Plan.
Security Plan
The security plan includes installing the Electric app and, if you are on the Pro plan, implementing MDM. Additionally, it ensures that your organization has antivirus software, email protection, and cyber insurance in place to safeguard against potential threats.
