How Do I Get MDM Working for My Business?
Your first step is to let Electric know if you are using Windows, Mac, or a mixed environment of device hardware in the Settings section of the platform. This will begin a workflow for you to configure your business’ specific environment. While there are a few steps to get started, don’t get too stressed about this process taking up your time – you’ll only need to do this process once at the beginning of your IT journey with us.
Once all the necessary steps are completed, all users will be able to download and install the Electric Desktop App. Electric operates with your privacy in mind. We only access device analytics and apply your MDM policies, we never look at your personal data or browsing history.
