Breach Secure Now Deployment Process

From initial software deployment to threat resolution, Electric will free up your team's time by facilitating the implementation and day-to-day management of Breach Secure Now. At a high-level, the following activities will occur during the implementation of Breach Secure Now for your company. Expand each section to learn more.

Discovery

  • Project Kickoff

    • Electric will facilitate the kickoff with project stakeholders

    • Review project plan, timeline and project questionnaire

    • Electric will assist with documentation notifying and preparing users for implementation

Configuration

  • Create Breach Secure Now customer portal and procure licenses based on contracted quantity

  • User Account Settings

    • Provisioning (Email invite or Directory Sync)

      • Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID or On-Premise Active Directory

      • Creation of 1 “Managers” group and 1 “Users” group

    • Security roles for users

    • Sign-in method for end users (Email address or SSO)

    • Advanced MFA (If applicable, not needed if configuring SSO)

  • Notifications and Reporting

    • Employee Secure Score (ESS) of <630

    • Automated reports to selected recipients:

      • Phishing Report

      • Employee Secure Score (ESS) Report

      • Micro Training Report

    • Enable weekly Micro Training & Newsletter Emails

  • Configure one year long phishing campaign for all users consisting of (19) Electric recommended scenarios

Closing

  • Electric will reach out to the customer and provide the documentation necessary for onboarding new users (if applicable).

  • User documentation is provided to POC (if applicable).

  • Customers will sign off on project completion via email and Electric will close the project internally.
