Breach Secure Now Overview
Breach Secure Now is a cybersecurity awareness platform dedicated to educating individuals on cybersecurity best practices. Most data breaches are caused by human error. Security awareness training arms your employees with the knowledge to keep themselves and your sensitive data safe. Breach Secure Now has products that support Windows and MacOS, all of which can be implemented for you by Electric.
Who needs Breach Secure Now?

Breach Secure Now Deployment Process
If your company contacts Electric to deploy Breach Secure Now for network and VPN security, a Project Manager will partner with you and your Customer Success Manager to complete the deployment project. Below is an overview of the standard deployment process.

Review project plan, timeline, and project questionnaire
Electric will assist with documentation notifying and preparing users for implementation
Configuration

Create a Breach Secure Now customer portal and procure licenses based on the contracted quantity
User Account Settings
Provisioning (Email invite or Directory Sync)
Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, or On-Premise Active Directory
Creation of 1 “Managers” group and 1 “Users” group
Security roles for users
Sign-in method for end users (Email address or SSO)
Advanced MFA (If applicable, not needed if configuring SSO)

Electric will reach out to the customer and provide documentation necessary for onboarding new users (if applicable).

Customers will sign off on project completion via email and Electric will close the project internally.
Please note, that additional services requested that are not defined and covered by the original statement of work will constitute a change order/amendment. All project work related to the deployment of Breach Secure Now will be completed during regular business hours. If after-hours or weekend work is requested, it will impact pricing and require a project scope change.
