Introduction
Electric uses ConnectWise Control to remotely access an end user's Mac to provide real-time support. This software tool is installed on all Electric-supported Macs by default when Jamf Pro is installed on the device. However, before receiving remote IT support from Electric for the first time, you may need to grant permissions for this software to access and control your device. This article will tell you how to configure permissions.
Steps to Grant Remote Support Access to Electric
The process to grand Electric remote support access to your device depends on whether the OS version operating on your device is macOS Ventura or an earlier version. See the process for your device by expanding on the section below that fits your current OS version.
