Core Package Service Features

Device Management
Device Management Software: Electric will install Jamf Pro (Mac) or Kaseya (Windows) on Electric supported devices to secure, control, and enforce policies on devices. Licenses included.
Lifecycle Management: Electric will notify you of device(s) nearing end of life, enabling your team to plan for a replacement and keep your fleet secure.
Hardware Troubleshooting: Electric’s team of Service Desk Technicians will help troubleshoot device issues via chat or the Electric User Hub.
Application and Cloud Management
Installation of applications on company-owned devices

Electric will help order and deliver devices configured with all of the applications and security policies your new hire(s) will need to be successful.

Deploy and manage device configuration and security controls on user devices.
Firewall to monitor and block unwanted traffic that may be a risk to your business.
