Introduction

The Support Center Settings page allows you to efficiently manage how support requests are handled within your organization by assigning Category Champions to review and address specific types of requests. Categories available for assignment include applications, connectivity, devices, and something else. If no Category Champion is assigned, requests will default to the Super Admin.

This targeted approach ensures that support requests are managed promptly and effectively by the appropriate experts, improving overall support efficiency and user satisfaction. Proper assignment of Category Champions is crucial for maintaining a streamlined and responsive support system within your organization.


Adding or removing a Request Category Champion

To add or remove a request category champion:

  1. Log in to the IT Hub

  2. Click your company name in the top menu

  3. Select Settings

  4. Select the Support Center tab

  5. Fill in the form

Only one request champion is allowed.
