Ship a Device

Introduction

The Ship a Device page allows admins to efficiently retrieve or ship laptops using a streamlined return process through UPS. The page generates a QR code, which can be taken to a UPS location along with the laptop and charging cable-no box or packing materials needed. UPS will then properly pack and ship the device to your chosen destination, ensuring secure and hassle-free delivery.

To retrieve a device that needs work or from an exiting employee:

1. Enter the to and from addresses

2. Click the Send QR code button

3. This will generate a QR code, which will be sent to the email address that was entered on the form.

4. The employee will then take their laptop and charging cable to the nearest UPS location

5. The UPS will securely pack, insure, and ship the device to the specified address
