Justworks - How to Connect and Disconnect Your Account
Justworks and the IT Hub
Linking Justworks with the IT Hub allows you to seamlessly import your employees from Justworks into the IT Hub. Follow the steps below to set up the integration and ensure your employees are properly granted licenses.
Overview of the Integration
This integration allows for importing employee information from Justworks into the IT Hub.
To grant an employee an IT Hub license, they must either be marked as active during the initial setup or onboarded after the integration is established.

How to Connect
To connect your Justworks instance to the IT Hub:
Log in to the IT Hub
Select Settings
Select the Integrations tab
Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the Justworks tile
Select ‘Connect Integration’
Follow the steps in the widget to connect with your provider
Once connected you will see a visual indication that you are connected
You are all set!
How to Disconnect
To disconnect your Justworks instance to the IT Hub:
Log in to the IT Hub
Select Settings
Select the Integrations tab
Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the Justworks tile
Select ‘Disconnect Integration’
You are all set!
Tips for a Successful Integration
Ensure that your Justworks account credentials are ready during the setup process.
Regularly check your IT Hub to perform on and offboarding tasks (reminder emails will be sent).
The Justworks integration is not real time, and it can take up to 3 hours for employees and updates to appear
