My Tasks
In the upper-right corner of the page, you will find a card labeled "My Tasks." This section provides an overview of all tasks currently assigned to you that remain open. Each task displays a subject and the individual for whom it was requested.
Clicking on the arrow in that card will take you to the Tasks page, where you can view detailed information about all open tasks across your organization.
Security Overview
Employee Device Assignment
In the upper-left corner of the page, you will find a card labeled "Employee Device Assignment." This card displays the number of employees without an assigned device compared to the total number of active employees.
For complete visibility into all employee devices, aim for 100% device assignment. If this number falls below 100%, a warning icon will appear, signaling that action is required.
To resolve unassigned devices you can either go to the applicable device and manually assign to an employee or you can follow the steps below to have your employee download the Electric App themselves:
Click the arrow on the card to navigate to the Active Employees page.
Apply the filter for employees without an assigned device.
Select the employee who needs a device, copy the invite link, and send it to them.
Ensure they install the Electric App to complete the assignment, where the count on the dashboard will now decrease
Device Enrollment Status
The Device Enrollment Status tile provides insight into the number of assigned employee devices that are not enrolled in Mobile Device Management (MDM). Your goal should be to achieve 100% enrollment, ensuring complete visibility into the security of employee devices. If enrollment falls below 100%, a warning icon will appear, indicating that action is needed.
It is sometimes ok if this number is not at 100%. In the case that you have an employee who is using a personal device that you do not want MDM installed on, they will still appear in this count.
To resolve unenrolled devices:
Click the arrow on the card to navigate to the Device Management page.
A filter will automatically be applied to show devices without MDM enrolled.
Select the device(s) you want to enroll, then click Actions → Send MDM Instructions
Ensure they install MDM to complete the enrollment, where the count on the dashboard will now decrease
Password Breaches
The ‘Password breaches’ card displays how many new breaches have been detected from the HaveIbeenPwned website, as well as how many breaches are still in an ‘unresolved’ state. It is important for your employees to change passwords anytime they have been detected in a breach to minimize the potential risk.
Clicking on the arrow will take you to the Password breach dashboard where you can see more data for all the breaches from your organization. With any password breach detected, you should confirm with your employee that they have taken the appropriate action, and then mark that breach as ‘resolved’ within the Password breach page itself.
