Admin Center | Billing
Introduction
The Billing Page provides a comprehensive view of your company's base plan, license counts, and add-ons, ensuring you stay informed about your current subscription and usage. It also allows you to update your payment method ensuring uninterrupted service and timely shipping of products.
Additionally, you can access your billing and payment details, allowing you to review and manage your financial transactions related to the IT Hub. This centralized and transparent approach to billing enhances your ability to efficiently manage resources and maintain operational continuity.
In order to navigate to this page:
Select your Profile Icon on the top right of the screen
Click on Settings
Click on Billing
Electric Base Plan
In the Electric Base Plan section, you can review your current plan along with the associated license counts, providing a clear overview of your subscription details.
Add-Ons
In the Add-Ons section, you can view each of your add-ons, including the plan you have, the vendor of that plan, and the associated license count.
Warehoused Devices
View the maximum number of devices that were stored in the warehouse in the current month, which determines your charges. The count of the previous month is also shown.
Company Billing Information
This section will allow you to manage your billing address/email as well as your payment methods.
Update Billing Address/Email
To update your billing address/email:
Scroll to the Company billing information section of the Billing Settings page
Click the Edit button
Fill in the updated Address or Company billing email fields
Click Save
Your Billing Address/Email has been updated
Adding a Payment Method
To add a payment method:
Scroll to the Services payment method section of the Billing Settings page
Click the Add payment method button
Fill in your billing and credit or debit card information
Click the Save button
Your payment method has been added
Editing your Payment Method
To change your payment method:
Scroll to the Services payment method section of the Billing Settings page
Click the Add payment method button
Fill in your billing and credit or debit card information
Click the Save button
Your new payment method has been added
Click the 3 dots within your NEW payment method and select Make default
Click the 3 dots within your OLD payment method and select Delete payment method
Invoices
View your invoices in the Invoice section of the Billings Settings page. Here, you can see the: invoice number, date, and amount, due date, status, and category(Subscription & add-ons, Hardware purchases & Shipping, International hardware orders) of each posted invoice.
View Invoice Status
To see the status of an invoice or view all unpaid invoices:
Scroll to the Invoices section of the Billing Settings page
Find the relevant invoice where you can view the value within the Status column
You can sort on the Status column in order to find all the ones with an ‘Unpaid’ status
Pay an Invoice
To pay an invoice:
Scroll to the Invoices section of the Billing Settings page
Find the relevant invoice and click on the Invoice Number hyperlink
This will take you to the Stripe Payment Page for that specific invoice
Choose how you would like to pay(Card, Bank account) and fill in the relevant details
Click Pay
Your invoice is now paid. You will be able to click Download invoice to keep a copy for your records
Downloading Copy of Invoice
To download a pdf copy of your invoice:
Scroll to the Invoices section of the Billing Settings page
Find the relevant invoice and click on the Invoice Number hyperlink
This will take you to the Stripe Payment Page for that specific invoice. Click the Download invoice button where a pdf will begin to download.
Additional Notes:
Ensure that your browser settings allow for PDF downloads.
